We ship globally, bringing our figure-sculpting Bodysuits and adaptive denim to your doorstep. However, deliveries to certain remote regions and parts of Asia may be excluded. Shipping availability will be confirmed automatically at checkout.

To ensure we prepare your order with the meticulous care our pieces deserve, we begin processing quickly. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are my shipping options and costs?
  • STANDARD SHIPPING ($12.95): Fast, trackable service via DHL or FedEx. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for when you need your new JEANIUS must-haves quickly.
  • FREE SHIPPING: Reliable service via EMS for all orders over $50. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for building your wardrobe with our DENIM, Dresses, or Lounge collections without rush.
Note: Orders under $50 will incur a calculated shipping fee at checkout. All timelines start after a 1-2 business day order processing period.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe. What should I do?
First, use the tracking link in your shipping email for the most current status. International customs procedures can occasionally cause delays. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality and fit of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, final sale items (if marked) and bodysuits worn without underwear cannot be returned. All other items from our Apparel, Denim, Dresses, Outerwear, and Pants collections are returnable within the policy guidelines.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
